Juni 2021 stimmt der Nationalrat \u00fcber die Motion <\/strong><strong>20.4267 \u00abDeklaration von in der Schweiz verbotenen Produktionsmethoden\u00bb ab. <\/strong>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8220;4.5.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8220;default&#8220;][et_pb_column type=&#8220;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8220;4.5.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8220;default&#8220;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8220;4.5.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8220;default&#8220; width=&#8220;99.8%&#8220;]Die Motion beauftragt den Bundesrat, dass \u00abdie Kundentransparenz bei pflanzlichen und tierischen Erzeugnissen zu verbessern indem er die Produktionsmethoden, die in der Schweiz verboten sind, der Deklarationspflicht unterstellt und die Deklaration so gestaltet ist, dass Produktionsart und Herkunft klar ersichtlich sind. Dabei ist zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, dass neue Deklarationspflichten klar definierbar, v\u00f6lkerrechtskonform und durchsetzbar sind.\u00bb\n\n<strong><\/strong>Die Motion wurde bereits durch den St\u00e4nderat am 9. Dezember 2020 und durch die Kommission f\u00fcr Wissenschaft, Bildung und Kultur (WBK) am 27. Diese wurde am 21. September 2020 durch Nationalr\u00e4tin Doris Fiala mit knapp 60 Mitunterzeichnern aus allen Parteien eingereicht.<\/strong>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_column type=\"4_4\" _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.5.6\" _module_preset=\"default\" width=\"99.8%\"]Unter dem Begriff \"Lebendrupf\" werden G\u00e4nsen und Enten weltweit die Federn bei lebendigem Leib und vollem Bewusstsein aus dem K\u00f6rper gerissen. F\u00fcr die Tiere ist dies extrem schmerzhaft. Oft werden ihnen die Fl\u00fcgel gebrochen und ihre Haut blutig aufgerissen. Diese Prozedur m\u00fcssen sie drei bis viermal \u00fcber sich ergehen lassen, bevor sie geschlachtet werden.\n\nIn der Schweiz ist diese tierqu\u00e4lerische Praktik schon lange gesetzlich verboten. Auch die Schweizer Wirtschaft wirbt explizit mit Alternativen wie Daunen aus \"Totrupf\" und distanziert sich von Daunen aus Lebendrupf.\n\nEin entsprechendes Einfuhrverbot ist auch mit den internationalen Handelsverpflichtungen der Schweiz vereinbar: S\u00e4mtliche Abkommen sehen Ausnahmen vor f\u00fcr Massnahmen, welche zum Schutz der \u00f6ffentlichen Sittlichkeit oder des Lebens und der Gesundheit von Tieren erforderlich sind. Die h\u00f6chste Rechtsprechungs-lnstanz der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) hat ausdr\u00fccklich anerkannt, dass der Schutz von Tieren Bestandteil der \u00f6ffentlichen Sittlichkeit ist.\n\nTierqu\u00e4lerei ist ein Straftatbestand und widerspricht unseren Normen. Ob im Inland oder im Ausland \u2013 ob deklariert oder nicht deklariert.
